1. About the Trust
Raginiben Bipinchandra Sevakarya Trust – Ahmedabad is a Non-Governmental Organization established under the Public Trust Act on 16 May 2013. The Trust works for the welfare and development of underprivileged communities through various initiatives related to education, healthcare, children, women empowerment, elderly welfare, disabled persons, livelihood, rural development, community awareness, and other social welfare activities.
Donations received by the Trust are utilized to support its charitable objectives and various social welfare activities.
2. Acceptance of Donation Terms
By donating through our website, you confirm that:

The Trust does not store or directly handle sensitive payment information such as complete debit card, credit card, banking credentials, UPI PIN, or other confidential payment credentials.

In case of a failed, pending, or unsuccessful transaction, donors should first verify the transaction status with their bank or payment service provider and may contact the Trust for assistance.
6. Donation Confirmation and Receipt

Donors are responsible for providing correct information, including their name, email address, phone number, and other details required for issuing the receipt.
If incorrect information is provided, the donor should contact the Trust as soon as possible for correction.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Donations made to Raginiben Bipinchandra Sevakarya Trust are generally considered voluntary contributions and are not refundable or cancellable once successfully processed.
